CIT Broadband - Sign Me Up!

Dear Kevin,
I just wanted to take a moment to tell you what a great company you have. I ordered CIT Wireless because there was no DSL out in my area. I was so tired of dial-up and if I needed tech support that I could count on. With my dial up provider you were on hold forever, than when it finally picked up you had to go through a long voicemail to get where you needed and than go on hold again. It got so bad with them I would just hang up. With your service someone ALWAYS answers the phone by the 2nd ring and have the issue fixed in a matter of minutes. What GREAT Tech support!!

So many companies look at the voicemail systems and lack of employees to save money and their customer service is horrible. But I can't say that with Cit Broadband, your customer service is the best I have seen in years. Keep up the great work. I will be a customer forever....
