Spam Information
Welcome to the CIT Broadband Email System.
Over the next few days you will need to help "train" your new
spam settings.
If you are expecting an email and do not receive it, please log into your
webmail and see if it's stuck in your Spam folder. Instructions for accessing
your webmail are below.
Once each day you will receive an email that contains a summary of all
of the Spam that is in your account. If there are emails in the Spam Summary
that you wish to have delivered, please follow the below instructions.
If you are using a mail client such as Outlook to check mail. You will
receive an email that contains a summary of all of the Spam that is in
your account, if there are items on the list that are not spam, you will
need to log into your webmail at www.citbroadband.com , select Click
here to access your e-mail. on the left side of the screen. At that point you
can select any emails that are not spam, and then select "not spam".
The then move to your email client within a few minutes
If you are using the webmail function to check mail from the CIT
web site. Items considered by the system to be Spam will be in the Spam folder. You
can select any emails that are not spam, and then select "not spam".
This will move the email to your inbox.
